384622: INCIDENT AFFECTING INTERNET AND PHONE SERVICES   Last updated:(17 Feb 2026 18:47hrs)
Status: Currently open.
Location: Corby NN17, NN18.
We have a network incident in the Corby NN17 and NN18 area affecting phone and Internet services. Our team are looking into this and will provide an update by 20:00.

We are continuing to work to get hold of the keys as quickly as possible.

Update (17 Feb 2026 22:30hrs)
Power engineers on site have identified that they require access to the local electricity substation to continue their work. Entry to the substation requires specialist keys that are kept off site.
We are working to get hold of the keys as quickly as possible; however, this is expected to take several hours and the restoration work is likely to continue into the early hours of the morning.
Further updates will be provided past midnight if there are any significant developments. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

Power engineers are now on site investigating the issue. A further update will be provided as soon as they have completed their investigation or by midnight (00:00), whichever comes first.

Power engineers are now expected to arrive around 21:30, We will provide a further update once they have begun their investigations and before 22:00.

Our engineer on site has identified a power issue. We have requested specialist power engineers to attend and assist with restoring power. We will provide a further update once the power engineers arrive on site, or by 22:00 (10pm), whichever comes first.
384606 INCIDENT AFFECTING TV SERVICES.   Last updated:(17 Feb 2026 15:50hrs)
Status: Currently open.
Location: Corby NN17, NN18.
Earlier TV issues have returned affected service again.

Engineers are returning to site shortly to carry on with investigations.

A power issue has been identified as the route cause of the TV issues. An electrician will be attending site this evening to investigate further.

We are talking to the third party, and they are working on a fix.

Location: Corby NN17, NN18.
Investigations have identified an issue affecting Satellite TV services in this area.

A specialist TV engineer has been requested to attend this and is now on site.

Update: This has now been resolved. Please action a reboot of equipment for any persisting issues.
