We have successfully restored the battery backup systems within the on-site cabinet, which has enabled our cabinet equipment to come back online. We are now observing recovery of services across the site.

Our engineer attended site at 09:30 and has completed all initial physical checks.
We have identified that there is currently no mains power reaching our cabinet, and the backup battery system is not operating as expected.
We have contacted the third-party power provider to restore mains power as a priority. In parallel, we are working to bring the backup batteries online to restore service as soon as possible.
