We have a network incident in Hackney affecting phone and internet services. Our team are looking into this and will provide an update by 11:45.

Work to re store service was completed at 16:06 on 12/09/25. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

Our third-party provider has advised that fibre repairs are complete.

We are seeing connectivity to our site and all services restored and we are performing final restoration checks.
Update (12 Sep 2025 15:44hrs)
Our provider has found the fibre damage and have started works to repair the fibre.

We will provide you with a further update when the third party knows more, or by 17:00 at the latest.
Update (12 Sep 2025 14:46hrs)
The third party engineer is due to arrive on site by 15:30.

We will update you again when they have reported back to us the results of their initial investigation.

Our 3rd party provider has identified a fibre break within their network that is causing the loss of service.

The have engineers heading to the area to further localise where the break is and then will work to repair the damage.

We will provide you with a further update when the third party knows more, or by 15:00 at the latest.

We have identified that customer the outage is caused by a problem on a third party company's network; they are investigating
