We are aware of a small number of customers experiencing phone service issues where incoming calls cannot be made to their number.

This issue is spread across the country. We believe this to be related to a fault on our system that supports phone services and are working with our 3rd party vendor to investigate.

If you are experiencing this issue, we are investigating it. If you are experiencing any other kind of phone service issue, it may be unrelated and should be raised as normal.

We will provide a further update as soon as we have more information, or by 18:00 at the latest.

We are continuing to investigate the issue affecting incoming calls for a number of customers. Our teams, along with our third-party vendor, are actively working to identify the underlying cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible.

Work to restore service was completed at 17:30 on 17/03/2026. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

Our engineer is now on site and has identified a potential fibre strike as the cause of the issue. They are currently working with the developer to locate the exact point of damage and carry out repairs as quickly as possible.
