Due to a complex electrical fault in the Hoxton, Nile St, N1 area, we expect to lose power to the equipment that provides Internet and Voice services in this area.
Once power is lost we do not expect power and Internet services to be restored before 07:00.
Our engineers are working closely with electrical engineers from GTC and UKPN on a solution.
We will provide a further update by 08:00 or as soon as more information becomes available.

A temporary generator is in place nearby and there may be disruption to power and services over the next week as the failed power equipment is replaced by the power provider.
Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.
Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

The power company is currently unable to provide temporary power to our equipment room. They are exploring options to resolve the issue; however, restoring temporary power will take some time. Based on the latest information, we anticipate a delay of multiple hours before temporary power can be established.

Once the wider power outage has been resolved and power is restored to the site, internet and telephone services are expected to return automatically.
At this time, we do not have a revised estimated time for power restoration.
