We now see that the problem is not on our network, but the network of a third party that supports ours.

We are talking to the third party, and they are working on a fix.

We understand how frustrating this extended service disruption has been on this site and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
Our team is actively working with our equipment vendor to resolve a critical software issue that is preventing new services from being activated. This issue impacts all new customers, regardless of the ISP operating over our network.
We have escalated this matter to the highest level with our vendor, and their R&D team is fully engaged in developing a solution. Unfortunately, this bug was not apparent during pre-deployment testing, and we recognize the significant impact this has had on our customers.
Please be assured that restoring service is our top priority, and we will continue to provide updates as progress is made. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.

We have confirmed that the problem does not originate within our own network.

The fault has been traced to a third-party network provider that supports part of our infrastructure.
We are currently in direct contact with their engineering team, and they are actively working on a fix.
