Location: SG15 Arlesey.
We have a network incident in SG15 affecting phone and internet services. Our team are looking into this and will provide an update by 12:00

We are pleased to confirm that restoration work was successfully completed at 12:45 PM on 05/01/2026. Customers should now find their services operating as expected.

Our engineering team has implemented a temporary solution to restore connectivity. Please note that, as this is a provisional measure, a follow-up visit will be required tomorrow to apply a permanent and more robust fix, ensuring the fibre network is fully future-proofed.

Our engineering team has successfully identified the damaged fibre, which was the result of an act of vandalism. Repair work is currently underway to restore full service.

We will provide further updates once the repairs have been completed.

Our engineers are on site and investigating this fault to find the cause.

We are now waiting on our engineers to identify the problem.
