We are currently experiencing a network incident in Multiple locations in the south west affecting voice and data services.

Work to restore service was completed at 03:22 on 20/04/2024. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Third party Engineers have arrived at the Exchange and have begun investigations.

It has been identified that this incident has been caused by an issue with a third party carrier, who provide service to us in these areas.
They have tasked an Engineer to arrive at the Exchange and their current ETA is 02:30.

We are working with the provider to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided at 03:00.

The Engineer has arrived on site and is now just waiting on the Courier to arrive with the replacement equipment. The Replacement equipment we expect to arrive in the next 20 minutes.

Work will then begin to replace the faulty equipment and we will be able to restore services.

Our third party Engineer should arrive at site at 21:30 to begin swapping equipment. A Further update will be provided at this time or if there are any changes.

We have discovered that a piece of equipment on site has failed and needs replacing. We are currently arranging for a 3rd party engineer to attend and perform this work.

We will provided a further update when we have confirmation that the engineer is on their way, or by 20:00 at the latest.
