We have identified the cause is a suspect break in a fibre optic cable supplying services to a small number of customers in this area.
An engineering team has been dispatched to site to investigate and fix.
The engineering team’s estimated time or arrival is 13:00 04/11/2025.
We are continuing to work to resolve this fault, and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.
