We are currently aware of reports from multiple customers experiencing slower-than-expected connection speeds in postcode areas AB15, AB39 and AB51. Our engineering teams are actively investigating the issue.
We will provide a further update within the next two hours or sooner if more information becomes available.

Work to restore service was completed at 08:00 on Tuesday 10/02/2026. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

The team continues to closely monitor the performance of the affected areas and is currently observing no signs of broadband service degradation.

We are now observing customer connection speeds returning to normal across the affected areas. Our teams will continue to monitor performance closely overnight in case of any further issues. A further update will be provided in the morning.
