We are currently experiencing a network incident in the Cornwall PL31 area affecting voice and broadband Internet services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Work to replace failed equipment and restore service was completed at 18:35 on 02/12/2024. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Engineers have been investigating the problem and found a key piece of equipment has failed.

We are currently arranging for a replacement part to arrive on site, ETA 19:00.

Our field engineer will attend site to replace the equipment.

We will continue to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided as soon as possible.
